Most of the NRV HOA documents reside at the site maintained by our management company, CWD. That site can be accessed here. Once you have logged in, go to the Resource Center (link on the left side of the page) to access the complete library of governing documents, announcements, financial reports, etc.

The Declaration (aka CC&Rs) is posted here by request, with NRV HOA board approval. However, this page is secondary to the site maintained by CWD and the information here may be incomplete. You are encouraged to check the site maintained by CWD for the most current and complete information.
