Earlier this year, more than 500 neighbors turned out to bring attention to youth violence and the needs of families in our community in the first annual March for Youth. Now Mayor Nickels is now proposing $9 million towards youth anti-violence initiatives in the next City budget. It’s a good start, but we can do better!
Be a part of the movement to improve the lives of youth in our community - join the next March for Youth planning meeting:

Dear Homeowners:
The Rainier Vista Home Owners Association will be changing and this change will directly affect you. A change in the composition of the Board is on the horizon. It is critical that homeowners attend the Association Meeting on Tuesday evening to learn of the change and what tasks need to be completed to ensure a smooth transition. We will devote the entire second half of the Board Meeting to discussing the creation of a ‘Transition Committee’ of homeowners as well as the timeline for the transition. As your Board President, I am encouraging you to attend this meeting.
I look forward to seeing you there.
Thank you.
Willard Brown
Board President
