The Technology Center at the Neighborhood House has some great events and classes scheduled this coming Spring.
Mosaic Workshop
Mon. & Fri., 3:30 – 5:30 pm, March 14 – June 17
For youth ages 13 – 18 years old, this is a free, on-going class where youth will learn to make mosaics and will create a mosaic plaza for a new park in Rainier Vista! Call Kate Farmer at 206-461-4568 ex 211.
Fill to Get a Free Bill: FAFSA 101
Saturday March 12th, 3-5pm
This event will be organized by the Neighborhood House Digital Connectors youth program. It is a great chance to learn about higher education, the Financial Aid process, and hear from a panel of people that have successfully navigated higher education.

Saturday, April 9th, 10am-6pm
This is a FREE service where anyone who makes under $57,000 dollars a year can get their taxes done for free. Interested parties should make an appointment by contacting Heidi or Kat at 206-461-4568 ext 202.
iBridge Technology Focused Intermediate ESL Class
Enrollment: March 30th, 5-6:30pm Classes: Wednesdays and Thursdays (5:00 -7:30 PM)
April 6th 2011 through June 17th 2011
This class is taught by Seattle Central Community staff. It will teach basic computer skills while also focusing on intermediate reading and writing skills. Both of these skill sets are great for people looking to continue their education or improve employment opportunities. Enrollment is on March 30th and we are currently recruiting students!
