The Columbia City Gallery is holding a Call for Entries for (un)wrapped, its 5th Annual Juried Exhibit. The gallery encourages artists in all media to submit artwork which reflects the theme (un)wrapped. For $25, applicants may enter up to 3 pieces for consideration. All entries are due July 31, 2010. Jurors for the exhibit are: Sam Davidson (Davidson Galleries), Marita Dingus (mixed media artist), and Jen Graves (Stranger Art Critic & Arts Editor). $1,000 in prizes will be awarded to the top 3 entries. The exhibit will run September 22 - November 14, 2010.

Since 1999, Columbia City Gallery has provided crucial exhibition and community arts space as the only nonprofit artists’ cooperative in Southeast Seattle. The gallery has been showcasing the work of its Seattle member artists as well as a diverse selection of local guest artists. The Columbia City Gallery is a program of SEEDArts and receives generous funding from the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
